Esther Rogoway is a Nationally known artist. She is known for her abstract paintings of people and horses. She and her husband, Larry, manage Avalon Gallery in Ruidoso Downs, NM. , where some of my gourd art is shown. She asked if I was interested in collaborating on a few pieces of gourd art. I was thrilled to be asked. The following pieces were painted by Esther and the pineneedle coiling is my work.
